My approach

My approach to therapy is thoughtful, collaborative, and flexible. I’m trained in several evidence-based models, including Systemic Therapy (as an accredited practitioner), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). I draw from these approaches to tailor each therapeutic journey to the unique needs and story of those I am working with.
In addition to my clinical work, I’m passionate about teaching, mentoring, and supervision.
 I’m an experienced visiting lecturer for trainee clinical and counselling psychologists and regularly provide training to medical staff and care teams-particularly in care home settings.

I mentor sixth form students through the JUMP programme and work as a Thrive mentor
with the University of Reading, supporting young people interested in psychology careers.

I also offer clinical supervision to psychologists and professionals working in charities and community organisations, creating a safe, reflective space to support their development and wellbeing.

I am on the Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAPPS).

I’m recognised as a specialist provider by BUPA, AXA, AVIVA, WPA, CIGNA.
